Ad Cost: $500 Plus 3% Processing

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1.) Advertisement Specifications

The advertisement will be printed according to the agreed-upon specifications. The location and size may vary slightly due to the printing process.

2.) Advertiser Responsibilities

The advertiser must submit all required text, graphic images, and layout specifications within 24 hours of signing the agreement and making full payment. If full payment is not received, the remaining balance is due after ad approval.

Go Local Productions reserves the right to edit the submitted advertising copy. Copy corrections must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the proof. If no corrections are made, the ad will be printed as-is. The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the content in their ad.

3.) Liability

Go Local Productions will take reasonable precautions to avoid typographical or printing errors. However, Go Local Productions is not liable for any errors after the design is approved by the advertiser. The advertiser is responsible for verifying all details before approval.

4.) Non-Cancelation

This contract is non-cancelable. Once signed, the advertiser's ad space is reserved, and it cannot be sold to other advertisers. If the advertiser defaults on their obligations, they agree to pay the full amount of the contract as liquidated damages and a penalty.

5.) Distribution and USPS Responsibility

Distribution is handled by the USPS, and the Company cannot be held responsible for changes in USPS policy or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, labor disruptions, acts of war, or terrorism) that may affect the production or delivery of the advertisement.

6.) Acknowledgment

By signing this contract, the advertiser acknowledges they have not relied on any statements or promises beyond those outlined in this agreement.
